Looking to be part of Wauseon’s resurging downtown area, Toni Britton-Harmon and her husband Stacey, have opened the Upper Crust at 206 N. Fulton. This bakery/restaurant prides itself on serving everything homemade from pastries to breads to pastas to soups to salad dressings. Toni (middle, behind scissors) stands among employees and members of the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce as the ribbon was cut last Saturday morning to kick off Grand Opening.
