WEST UNITY – Tyler Meyers had a two-run single, and Alex St. John followed with a two-run triple in the seventh to break a 4-4 tie as North Central won their season opener at Hilltop for new head coach Anthony Kidston.
Hilltop, who built a 4-1 lead after three innings, was led in hitting by Devin Dempsey with a pair of doubles and an RBI.
