The Wauseon Board of Education held their meeting on Monday, August 12th. The meeting began at 5:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance before board members held an introduction of new hires for the coming school year.

Board members then moved to approve Resolution 24-06-07 to reflect a change from years of service to step for Jennifer Weber.

Approval of minutes from the previous meeting took place next, along with the items presented as part of the Treasurer’s Consent Agenda.

These items included the monthly bills and financial reports, a list of donations made to various school programs, and a list of FY 2025 amended appropriations.

Board members then moved to approve a list of personnel recommendations before moving on to also approve an agreement between the Wauseon Exempted Village School District and A&G Education Services, LLC. With no other items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned.

The next meeting will be held on Friday, September 13th at 1:00 p.m. at the Wauseon High School.
