Wauseon Man Sentenced For Attempted Having Weapons Under Disability

A Wauseon man was sentenced on February 23, 2018, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

David Mason Sr„ 53, of 308 Barbara Drive, pleaded guilty to Attempted Having Weapons While Under Disability. Between August 9, 2017 and November 10, 2017, he attempted to acquire firearms while under disability.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Mason to 1 year of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $500 fine, and forfeit firearms to the State.

Failure to comply could result in Mr, Mason spending 8 months in prison.
