A Wauseon, Ohio man was sentenced on June 3, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Eric S. Yingling, age 45, previously pled guilty to Possession of Cocaine. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about July 21, 2018, Mr. Yingling possessed cocaine.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Yingling to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Yingling to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete the Drug Court program; be assessed by A Renewed Mind and successfully complete any recommended treatment; and comply with an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 am. curfew. Yingling served three days in jail.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Yingling serving 11 months.
