A Wauseon man was sentenced on April 12, 2019, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Avante Koonce, 26, of 840 W. Elm Street, Apt. 303, previously pleaded guilty to Failure to Provide Notice of a Change of Address. On January 18, 2018, he failed to provide written notice to the Sheriff’s Office after changing the address of his place of employment.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Koonce to community control until December 31, 2020, and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and court appointed attorney fees, and serve 7 days in CCNO.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. Koonce spending 15 months in prison.
