EDON – The history of the annual clash between Wayne Trace and Edon has noted that as of late, the Raiders have had the Bombers number. On January 5, the Boys in Bomber Blue rolled snake eyes again as the Raiders charged into The Hangar and came away with a lopsided 63-29 win.
Edon did not help themselves in the early going, as a ten-point Raider run was answered by a free throw from River Wicker of Edon. A 24-10 second made it 34-11 at the half, and the rout was on.
Jake Brown, Kaden Sapp and Logan Bechstein each had 5 points to front the Bombers, with Wicker and Mike Peeples each getting 4 points, and Reid Bowling, Clay Parrish and Brock Thiel each getting a deuce.
