Ten members of the Williams County Public Library have recently completed the Ohio Public Library Staff Certification program! Sponsored by the Ohio Library Council, the Ohio Public Library Staff Certification provides recognition to non-MLIS library staff members for their commitment to continuing education, the library profession, and the Ohio library community.

Staff who have completed the certification program are: Ruth Meyer, Amanda Rice, Dena Filip, Taylor Bunting, Connie Aeschliman, Cynthia Jewell, Rose King, Jane Huffman, Nancy Bryce, and Jeanne Caryer. Library Director Jeff Yahraus, states that “we have the best library employees in NW Ohio, as evidenced by these ten employees who represent over 170 years of service and knowledge for our library system.” The Williams County Public Library Board of Trustees and administration are very proud of all the WCPL employees and their dedication to the library, and thank these ten Managers, Coordinators and Library Assistants for their many years of service.
