William Leupp, 74, of rural Reading, Michigan passed away Tuesday morning at Borges Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was born on June 14, 1939 in Wauseon, Ohio to William and Francis M. (Fouts) Leupp. He graduated from Waldron High School in Michigan.

William was a farmer for many years. He was also the owner and operator of J & J Hauling in Reading, Michigan since 1994. He coached and umpired baseball for over 25 years and enjoyed showing livestock in fairs and shows around the country for many years.

William is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Kip) Saueressig of Overton, Nebraska and Jackie Leupp of Reading, Michigan; two step sisters, Marilyn Bingham and Sue Newton, both of Brooklyn, Michigan; two grandchildren Hunter and Ella; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Will Leupp, and brother Paul Leupp.
