WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Agreement Approved Between Williams County Sheriff & Criminal Justice Coordinating Council

Thursday, October 27, 2022 saw Williams County Commissioners Terry Rummel and Lew Hilkert meeting for the approval of a few resolutions before heading to Defiance to participate in a joint county meeting.


Items approved included:

  • Resolution 268 Supplemental appropriations
  • Resolution 269 Entering into an agreement for Williams County Sheriff’s office between Criminal Justice Coordination Council and Williams County Sheriff for provision of criminal justice information services through the Northwest Ohio Regional Information System (NORIS) at a cost not to exceed $1,295 and for the term January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
  • Resolution 270 Entering into a Master Software service agreement between Williams County Job and Family Services and SigBee, Inc. for software program to promote retention and creative personnel functions for Child Welfare at a cost not to exceed $10,000, term of agreement is October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023.
  • Resolution 271 Supplemental appropriations – Budget Reductions – ARP Adjustment
  • Also Signed: Ohio Development Services Agency job certification for Daavlin Distribution Co.; Mortgage release; dog warden report for week of October 17-23; Letter of resignation for retirement from Common Pleas for October 2023; Credit Card Appropriations for Commissioners office for November 2022; Resolution – Joint Board of Defiance and Williams Counties – Dismissal of Mud/Dry Creek #22-01
  • Minutes for previous meeting and payment of bills

At this point the commissioners went into recess and planned to adjourn after the 11:00 a. m. Mud Creek meeting in Defiance.
