During their meeting on Thursday, January 23, the Williams County Commissioners approved the following resolutions:
On January 13, 2025, the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services submitted an agreement to the Commissioners. This agreement is between the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services and the National Youth Advocate Program for Title IV-E agencies and providers regarding child placement services.
The maximum amount payable under this contract is $100,000.00, with a term running from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
On January 13, 2025, the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services submitted an agreement to the Williams County Commissioners. This agreement is between the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services and Keeping Kids Safe, Inc. for Title IV-E Agencies and Providers concerning the provision of child placement.
The maximum amount payable under this contract is $200,000.00 (referred to as 2026-45-300-506001), with a term spanning from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
On the same date, January 13, 2025, the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services also submitted an agreement with Adriel School, Inc. for Title IV-E Agencies and Providers for the provision of child placement.
The maximum amount payable under this contract is $400,000.00 (referred to as 2057-45-300-506001), with a term from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
On January 13, 2025, the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services submitted an agreement to the Williams County Commissioners.
The agreement was between the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services and The Village Network for Title IV-E Agencies and Providers for Child Placement.
The maximum amount payable under this contract is $100,000.00, and the term is from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
On the same day, January 13, 2025, the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services also presented an agreement with Specialized Alternatives for Families & Youth of Ohio, Inc. (SAFY).
This agreement is also for Title IV-E Agencies and Providers for Child Placement, with a maximum payable amount of $150,000.00. The term for this contract is likewise from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
On January 21, 2025, Apryl McClaine, the Williams County LEPC Information Coordinator/EMA Director, submitted an application for LEPC Member Appointments for multiple members to the Williams County Commissioners.
She requested that the application be signed to appoint Michael Shultz to the LEPC Committee, with a term running from September 1, 2023, through September 1, 2025.
The commissioners approved several fund transfers before adjourning until their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 28, at 9:00 a.m.
