The Williams County Commissioners convened for a special session on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, with Commissioners Terry Rummel, Scott Lirot, and Bart Westfall in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m., and the presented agenda was approved with no corrections. The meeting directly went into executive session for a compensation discussion with County Administrator Vond Hall.

A budget review was held afterwards, where Hall presented the proposed budget for the commissioners to review. Held in preparation for official passing, this meeting primarily focused on hammering out the fine details.

Many departments were discussed, but no definitive figures were mentioned. The 2026 Williams County budget will be passed on December 18, 2025.
