Williams County Common Pleas Court Sentencings

Williams County Prosecutor Katherine J. Zartman reports the following case(s) from the criminal docket in the Williams County Common Pleas Court:

January 25, 2021 – Tiffany A. Hernandez, age 29, of Williams County pleaded guilty to three counts of Endangering Children, all felonies of the fourth degree. She was later sentenced to a term of seventeen months of incarceration to be served at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.

January 25, 2021 – Heath A. Karnes, age 50, of Williams County was sentenced on the charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree. He was sentenced to three years of community control, a suspended term of 180 days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio, and a fine of $1500.

January 25, 2021 – Colton M. Stiltner, age 27, of Williams County was sentenced on the charge of Attempted Burglary, a felony of the third degree. He was sentenced to a term of eighteen months of incarceration to be served at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.


January 26, 2021 – David E. Isaacs, II, age 54, of Napoleon pleaded guilty to the charge of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the third degree.

January 26, 2021 – Shaelyn M. Mock, age 40, of Williams County pleaded guilty to the charge of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.
January 27, 2021 – David L. Allen, age 59, of Williams County was sentenced on the charge of Theft from a Person in a Protected Class, a felony of the third degree. He was sentenced to two years of community control, a suspended term of 180 days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio, restitution of $12,100, and a fine of $750.

January 27, 2021 – Roland Carnes, age 26, of Toledo was sentenced on two counts of Assault, both felonies of the fifth degree. He was sentenced to one year of community control (monitored time) and a suspended term of 180 days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio.


January 27, 2021 – Dustin D. Carroll, age 35, of Williams County was sentenced on the charge of Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree. He was sentenced to four years of community control, a term of two days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio, and a fine of $750.

January 27, 2021 – Andrew J. Smith, age 27, of Defiance pleaded guilty to the charge of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree.

February 1, 2021 – Susan J. Gearhart, age 60, of Williams County, was sentenced on the charge of Theft, a felony of the fifth degree. She was sentenced to four years of community control, a suspended term of 180 days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio, restitution of $6045.96, and a fine of $750.

February 2, 2021 – Gage M. Alexander, age 20, of Logan, Ohio pleaded guilty to the charges of Burglary, a felony of the second degree, and Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree.


March 2, 2021 – Angela M. Deeds, age 33, of Williams County pleaded guilty to the charge of Attempted Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for April 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM.

March 4, 2021 – Jonathon M. Gill, age 46, of Williams County pleaded guilty to the charge of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for April 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
