Williams County Fairgrounds: Maple Syrup Educational Day & Memorial Plaque Presentation

FOUNDING MEMBERS RECOGNIZED … Williams County Fairgrounds held their annual Maple Syrup Educational Day on March 11. Students visited the Sugar Shack to learn about the process of producing maple syrup as well as a living history lesson that followed. In between two groups of school children a Memorial Plaque Presentation for the founding members of the Northwest Ohio Maple Syrup Producers, Don Martin; Tim Creek; Dallas Dick; and Leon Shoup, who passed away this past year, was held.
