The Williams County Grand Jury convened recently to consider indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Those indicted were:
- JIMMIE L. CLOUSE, age 46, of Pioneer, OH, was indicted on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property.
- BRITTNI S. VOGELSONG-GRINNELL, age 35, of Edon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
- COREY J. NYE, age 40, of Montpelier, OH, was indicted on one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability.
- JACKSON T. GERKEN, age 34, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them, and one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.
- JODY L. GARRARD, age 44, of Cridersville, OH, was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property (felony of the fourth degree), one count of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Misdemeanor Theft.
