(PRESS RELEASE) – The Williams County Grand Jury recently convened to consider indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
-ANTHONY BIGGER, age 43, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Violating a Protection Order.
-BRODY BASSAGE, age 28, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Endangering Children, one account of Strangulation, and one account of Domestic Violence.
-CORA GONYEA, age 34, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
-KELLEN RIGG, age 21, of West Unity, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and one account of Improperly Handling Firearms In A Motor Vehicle.
-DANIEL SHUFELT, age 30, of Edgerton, Ohio was indicted on one account of Domestic Violence.
-DILLION GOSTLIN, age 30, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Escape.
-THOMAS LOGAN SR, age 41, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and two accounts of Trafficking in Drugs.
-RANDALL ORANGE, age 35, of Waldron, Michigan, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
-DAKOTA VIBBERT, age 22, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
-EDWARD RUPP, age 64, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
-JACK SHEELY, age 20, of Camden, Michigan, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
-SOLOMON NAFZIGER, age 22, of Alvordton, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
