Williams & Fulton Four County Students Qualify For State HOSA Competition

hosa regionals - fultonForty-two Four County Career Center Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Chapter members have qualified for state HOSA skill competition at the University of Toledo on April 5 & 6 by placing in the top five in the regional contests. Contest winners from Fulton County are (LEFT TO RIGHT) Abbagail Burnat (Fayette) Forensic Medicine; Rose Connors (Wauseon) Medical Reading; Emily Neipp (Delta) Home Health Aide; Rebecca Mattimore (Delta) Personal Care; Kylie Denison (Fayette) CPR & First Aid; Alexis Mapes (Fayette) CPR & First Aid; and Taylor Dotson (Evergreen) Medial Photography. HOSA members from all parts of Ohio will be in Toledo to compete for awards and the right to advance to national skill and leadership contests. HOSA Advisors are Donna Badenhop, Robin Hill, Karen Walker and Mike Nye.

Contest winners from Williams County are (FRONT – LEFT TO RIGHT) Morgan Rowe (Edgerton) Medical Photography; Kyleigh Brown (Stryker) Community Awareness; Hailey White (Hilltop) Forensic Medicine; Tres Loyd (Bryan) State Officer; Kendra Wheeler (Bryan) Biomedical Debate; Kristen Seeley (Bryan) Biomedical Debate; Mackenzie Cupp (Montpelier) Home Health Aide; Blake Thiel (Edon) Interviewing Skills; (BACK – LEFT TO RIGHT) Katie Foster (Hilltop) State Officer Candidate; Emmi Darrow (Bryan) Forensic Medicine; Jaclyn Lovejoy (Hilltop) Career Health Display; Alyssa Baldwin (Montpelier) Nursing Assistant; Jared Morris (Hilltop) Biomedical Debate; Autumn Rowe (Edgerton) Epidemiology; Kendra Garland (Montpelier) Home Health Aide; and Timothy Gonzales (Bryan) Nutrition.
