17 Indicted By Williams County Grand Jury

A total of 17 individuals were indicted by the Williams County Grand Jury on September 20, 2016. Those indicted include:

Alvira-Catala, Emanuel (Toledo, Ohio). Indicted for nonsupport of dependents (F5).

Belknap, Terry A. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for two counts gross sexual imposition (F3).

Bowers, Devin P. (Pioneer, Ohio). Indicted for theft (F5).

Cleaveland, Cody D. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F4).


Cook, Mary A. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5) and endangering (M1).

Davis, Dino T. (Fort Wayne, Indiana). Indicted for grand theft (F4).

Dearcia, Armando E. (Seymour, Indiana). Indicted for nonsupport of dependents (F5).


Elliot, Michael J. (Van Wert, Ohio). Indicted for nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents (F5).

Goff, Jessica W. (Sherwood, Ohio). Indicted for theft of drugs (F4).

Havens, Jeremy D. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for trafficking in heroin (F4).

Harrington, Ashley M. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor or corruption of a minor (F4).


Hovermale, Barbara J. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (F5).

Leazier, Mark A. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for possession of heroin (F5), and obstructing official business (M2).

Phillips, Bradley W.C. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5) and endangering children (M1).

Rosas, Christopher A. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for possession of cocaine (F5).

Sidle, Mark H. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for vandalism (F5).

Waterston, Brandon L. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for possession of heroin (F5).

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
