The cool rainy weather didn’t dampen the spirits of Pettisville High School promgoers. Pettisville held its Junior-Senior Prom “Miami Nights,” on Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Students dressed in their best arrived at the school in style to show off their attire, dates, and wheels during the walk-in portion of the evening.

As each student pulled in, they exited their vehicle to allow photo ops. Several friends, family, and community members braved the chilly air to watch the kids cruise in and get a chance to snap photos and videos.

Following walk-ins, the kids were ushered into the school, where they were treated to a delicious catered meal by Michelle Rupp.

At 7:00 pm, the crowd shifted gears and jumped on the dance floor to enjoy tunes by Loco Sounds Entertainment until 11:00 pm.

Beginning at 11:00 pm, the students had the opportunity to burn off some more energy by taking part in various after-prom activities at the school.

The details were kept under wraps until the after-prom festivities began to offer a surprise for all who were in attendance. This year’s prom was hosted by the Junior Class parents.
