A Napoleon, Ohio woman was sentenced on January 8, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Amy Downey, age 52, previously pled guilty to Possession of Heroin. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about January 11, 2018, Ms. Downey possessed heroin.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Downey to three years of community control. He ordered Ms. Downey to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete the Drug Court program and any recommended aftercare; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs in her home or vehicle; and not enter bars and/or taverns.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Downey serving 11 months in prison.
