Carolyn Keasler (1943-2019)

Carolyn M. Keasler, 76 years, of Bryan passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers- Bryan Hospital. Carolyn was born April 23, 1943 in Bowling Green, Ohio the daughter of the late Elsworth D. and Beatrice M. (Youman) Tipton.

She married Roland R. Browning and it ended in divorce. Carolyn then married Audrey “Junior” Keasler, Jr. and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, always making sure everyone was taken care of. Carolyn previously attended Emerging Streams Church in Stryker, Ohio. In her free time, Carolyn enjoyed playing cards. She especially cherished the time spent with her friends and family.

Surviving are three children, Keith (Joann) Browning of Centreville, Michigan, Stephen Browning of Toledo, Ohio and Laura Gilmer of Toledo, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Douglas (Geri) Tipton, Calvin (Linda) Tipton, Rick (Gail) Johnson, Joe Johnson, and Robert Tipton. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Audrey “Junior”; two brothers, Lorin Tipton and Colin Tipton; two sisters, Eleanor Blue and Vivian Tipton.

Memorial Services for Carolyn M. Keasler will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home- Lynn Street Chapel, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan with Rev. Robert Tipton officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the funeral home prior to the memorial service.

The family asks those remembering Carolyn to make memorial contributions the American Heart Association, 4331 Keystone Drive, Ste D, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
