WRAPPING IT UP … Fulton County Commissioner Bill Rufenacht’s last meeting on the Board will be on December 31, 2020. He has spent the past eight years (two terms) on the Board of Commissioners and jokingly got labeled as “the grouchy one.” As part of that joke, he has been given some snickers bars that say “CRANKY” and “CRAY CRAY.” He is seen here in November 2020, with the two candy bars that are three to five years old. In reality he is a really nice guy and laughingly accepts the teasing. Mr. Rufenacht is thanked for his service and wished the best as he steps down and lets Joe Short join the Commissioners.
