Twisted Nutrition in Swanton held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of their new food and beverage store. Twisted Nutrition is located at 14249 Airport Highway next to the Subway and Verizon store in Swanton.
It will feature smoothies, smoothie bowls, oatmeal bowls, shakes, energizing teas and more. Herbalife nutrition is used as the base and provides 21 vitamins and minerals in each shake.
Rustina Gochenour is the owner and said that she is excited to be in Swanton.
“Everyone I have talked to has welcomed me with open arms and it’s validated the fact that this is where I need to be.” Rustina grew up on the other side of Ohio near Canton.
She met Brian Gochenour from Fayette on eHarmony and got married and moved to Wauseon.
In Wauseon she worked for another company that focused on nutritional foods like she is now.
“I learned just about everything there. I was very happy in Wauseon. There was a great team, and the environment was great,” Rustina said.
She continued on to explain that there was a huge demand for this type of store in the Swanton area. “Many people were looking at the idea of putting something in Swanton that was like what there is in Wauseon, but over time it was decided not to.”
But now there is, and Twisted Nutrition is here to serve the people of Swanton. Rustina says Twisted Nutrition will be a fun, positive space. “If you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right.”
Twisted Nutrition will be open July 5th and would like to invite everyone to come on over and have a delicious drink.
