(September 8th, 2014)-DEFIANCE: Gathering on the front nine of Auglaize Golf Course in Defiance, Pettisville, Holgate, and Liberty Center faced off in three way action. The Blackbirds had their work cut out for them, though, as the two packs of Tigers came to play.
Liberty Center took the match with a score of 168. Holgate wasn’t too far behind, earning a team total of 179. Pettisville came in third, shooting 234 as a unit.
Matt Krill fired a respectable 45 in the Blackbird defeat. Teammate Evan King put up a 51. Hannah Meller offered up a 65, and Andrew Canada a 73 to the Pettisville total.
