(September 4th, 2014)-PIONEER: The Lady Bombers Junior Varsity incarnation earned their fifth win in six matches as they took to the road to face the Lady Eagles of North Central. The home town Eagles were competitive, but Edon was still able to take the win in straight sets.
In game 1, the Lady Eagles had an uphill battle. They fought hard, but fell to the visiting Bombers 17-25. The second set was even more intense, as North Central regrouped and came out strong. The Lady Bombers were able to fend them off, though, as Edon won the set 25-22.
The win puts the Bombers at 5-1 on the season.
