HL Fraas, located at 8110 State Route 108 in Wauseon, is now under new ownership. Tyler Johnson and Danny Dymarkowski purchased the company from its previous owner and are now planning on working to build up the company.

“We are looking for a way to integrate the company into what we do now already. We are not planning on changing much but we do want to rebuild the business, make it a priority and make it grow,” said Tyler.

Tyler and Danny also work in the real estate investments and structural steel industries. Doing work in both of those industries, it made sense to incorporate a plumbing, heating and electrical company into their circle. But the company will also grow and continue to provide services for the people of Fulton County.

“Being from this area, it is a big deal to be there for the Fulton County business community. To see a need and being able to fill it for our residential and commercial customers is crucial while also being able to mentor and train future employees here in Fulton County,” said Danny.

For the ribbon cutting ceremony, Tyler and Danny were joined by friends and family as well as members of the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce.

The owners were also given a plaque to hang up showing their membership to the Chamber of Commerce and a 2021 badge to pin on it with spaces for many more years to come.
