ARCHBOLD BOARD OF EDUCATION: Board Holds Special Meeting To Discuss Personnel

The Archbold Board of Education held a special meeting on Monday, August 1st at 5:00 p.m.

The meeting was held to pass the following agenda items: A memorandum of understanding with the Village of Archbold/Police Department for School Resource Officer services for the school years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025; the resignation of Kylie Rufenacht as the Study Hall Aide/Lunchroom Monitor, effective June 24th, 2022.

The board also accepted the resignation of Danielle Dominique as a Bus Aide, effective June 23rd, 2022; the resignation of Greg Kuhlman as the High School Concessions Manager effective July 18th, 2022; the resignation of Danielle Dominique as the Playground Aide, effective July 27th, 2022.

The board approved Ryan Sell for a 2021-2022 fifth quarter grant supplemental contract, effective on June 2nd, 2022 and a one-year supplemental contract for Zeb Frank as the 7th-8th grade athletic director for the 2022-2023 school year.

Also approved was a one-year supplemental contract for Zeb Frank as the Concessions Manager JH for the 2022-2023 school year; one-year contract for Emily William as the EMIS Director/District Registration Clerk for the 2022-2023 school year effective August 1st, 2022; one-year contract for Danielle Dominique as the High School Study Hall Aide/Lunchroom Monitor for the 2022-2023 school year.


A one-year supplemental contract for LaRoy Martinez as the Assistant Cross Country Coach for the 2022-2023 school year was ok’d along with a one-year supplemental contract for Nick Hudson as the Assistant Cross Country Coach for the 2022-2023 school year, a one-year supplemental contract for Allison Bentley as the 9th grade volleyball coach for the 2022-2023 school year, and a one-year supplemental contract for Allison Bentley as an assistant volleyball coach for the 2022-2023 school year.

With no other items on the agenda, the board moved to adjourn the meeting.
