Two Fulton County Men Sentenced In Common Pleas Court

(PRESS RELEASE) Two Fulton County men were sentenced on August 4th, 2022 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

  • Andrew M. Dollison, age 28, of Delta, Ohio, previously pled guilty to Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Dollison possessed obscene material involving a minor.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Dollison to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Dollison to serve 14 days in CCNO with work release; successfully complete sex offender treatment and aftercare; not possess computers, cameras, or electronic devices with internet capabilities; not possess sexually explicit materials; not possess any social media accounts; comply with a 10:00 pm. to 6:00 a.m. curfew; have no unsupervised contact with minors other than his biological children.

Mr. Dollison was found to be a Tier II sex offender, which requires address registration and verification for a period of 25 years, with in-person verification every 180 days with the sheriff of all counties in which he resides.

Failure to abide by these conditions could re5ult in Mr. Dollison serving 6-18 months in prison.


  • Mitchel D. Brown, age 41, of Swanton, Ohio, previously pled guilty to Breaking and Entering. According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Brown trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Swanton with purpose to commit a theft offense.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Brown to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Brown to be held at CCNO until he can enter the SEARCH Program in Bowling Green; pay court costs; successfully complete the SEARCH Program and any recommended aftercare; be assessed at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis and successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare; not enter bars and/or taverns; obtain a valid driver license and auto insurance; and comply with a 10:00 pm. to 6:00 a.m. curfew. Mr. Brown was granted credit for ten days served at CCNO.
