Aquatek in Wauseon held a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce on Friday, November 4th.
Located at 7300 OH-108 just North of Wauseon, the company specializes in different kinds of water treatment options for businesses and residential units in Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan.
These numerous treatment options include softeners, iron removal, reverse osmosis systems, carbon filtration, pond water treatment and sulfur removal systems.
Service and install options are also available along with company’s retail options.
These options include supplying softener salt, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, filters, and a 5-gallon water bottle exchange program.
Delivery services for the retail options are available as well.
The owners of Aquatek, Toni and Brandon Schindler, have been looking to expand their business when this opportunity became available.
The business has continued to grow over the years to the point that more office space and parking was needed.
This change also comes just in time for the companies 70th anniversary.
Over the next couple weeks, the history of Aquatek will be highlighted on social media, along with the staff and customers that have stuck with the company.
