David Oliver Kimple, age 85, of Wauseon passed away on December 10, 2023, at the Fulton County Health Center. David worked as a barber in Toledo for many years.
David was born on June 26, 1938, in Toledo, to the late Lloyd and Constance (Miller) Kimple. He graduated from DeVilbiss High School.
On December 30, 1965, David married the love of his life, Darlene (Lindner), and she survives. David was very proud of his 1972 Porsche.
Surviving David is his wife, Darlene; daughter, Virginia (Matthew) Laffartha of Toledo; son, Brian (Janet) Kimple of Delta; grandchildren, Trevor, Alexis, Grant, Drew, and Brady; and great-grandchildren, Bella and Blakely. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Kay Saari and Judith Fitch.
There will be no services. Memorial contributions in David’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
