The Williams County Agricultural Society hosted another annual fundraising banquet, with this year seeing a silent auction, live auction, reverse raffle, and gun raffle.

The tickets, sponsored by Dave and Julie Page, sold out quickly, causing the society to raise the number of tickets sold from 250 to 300, with the first ticket being reserved for the number one ticket event, which would see the number one ticket put into the raffle when there were only 10 tickets left to draw from.

GUN RAFFLE … Mitch Stanley from Stanleys Guns & Ammo was happy to help with the gun raffle.

There was also a second chance raffle, wherein those that purchased the winning ticket slot would get half of the second chance pot.

There was a bar in the back, with laughter and conversation filling the large space while attendees meandered through each other and the different banquet events.

Everything was catered by Pettisville Meat Market this year, besides the desert. With a top prize of $2,000, the community was excited to come out and have a little fun while supporting the great events seen year after year at the Williams County Fair.

WELL ATTENDED … The number of tickets for the banquet had to be increased this year due to popular demand, and the Gillette Building was packed full of Williams County Fair supporters.
