Wauseon Woman Among Nine Indictments By Henry County Grand Jury

(PRESS RELEASE) – Gwen Howe-Gebers, Henry County Prosecuting Attorney, recently announced the following individuals were indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury on December, 18, 2024.

-ALYSSA WYMAN, 56, Wauseon, on one count of Violating a Protection Order (F5).

-JUSTIN MAGERS, 37, Arcadia, on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. (F5)

-KEATON MCKENZIE, 21, Liberty Center, on one count of Strangulation (F3), one count of Assault (M1), one count of Trespass in a Habitation when a Person is Present or Likely to be Present (F4), one count of Assault (M1).

-ASHAI TROTTER, 32, Toledo, on one count of Possession of Cocaine (F5).

-CARLOS HARRIS, 25, Napoleon, on two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5).

-KODY KANIA, 30, Napoleon, on one count of Strangulation (F4), one count of Disrupting Public Services (F4), one count of Domestic Violence (M1), one count of Unlawful Restraint (M3).

-ASHLEY BELFORD, 41, Napoleon, on one count of Theft (F5).

-ALEXANDRIA RIGG, 22, Napoleon, on five counts of Cruelty to Companion Animals (F5)

-KRYSTA GERDEMAN, 36, Napoleon, on one count of Assault (F5), one count of Aggravated Trespass (M1).
