
POST OFFICE … The Bryan Post Office building at the southeast corner of Main and Bryan streets was formally dedicated. Construction of the government building, which cost approximately $34,000, began in 1935. An addition was completed on the south side of the building in 1964 at a cost of approximately $200,000. The colorized, undated vintage image of the Bryan Post Office is from the Kevin Maynard collection.
