On November 19, 2015, Michael A. Joyce, age 33, of Toledo, OH, was charged with assault as a result of an incident that occurred while he was incarcerated at CCNO. He remained incarcerated.
On November 20, 2015, Alesia M. Trisel, age 48, of West Unity, OH, was operating a 2012 Ford Escape traveling west on SR-34 W CR-18, when the vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Damage to the vehicle was minor.
On November 20, 2015, Robin A. Willson, age 33, of Pioneer, OH, was operating a 2009 Subaru Impreza traveling west on US-20 when it was struck by a deer that ran onto the roadway. Damage to the vehicle was minor.
On November 21, 2015, Linda Abrams, age 37, of Montpelier, OH, was operating a 2007 Pontiac G5 traveling southbound on SR-49 and lost control on the snow covered roadway due to unsafe speed. The vehicle traveled off the east side of the roadway and struck a tree at 13292 SR-49. Damage to the vehicle was minor and the matter remains under investigation.
On November 21, 2015, Russell L. Beattie, age 54, of Montpelier, OH, was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Uplander was traveling northbound on SR-15 and lost control on the snow covered roadway due to unsafe speed. The vehicle traveled off the east side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. Damage to the vehicle was disabling.
On November 21, 2015, Janie L. Rivera, age 52, of Stryker, OH, and Ashlyn M. Stiltner, age 17, of West Unity, OH, were traveling southbound & northbound, respectively on snow covered CR-21/N. Their vehicles sideswiped each other as they crossed paths causing minor damage. The matter remains under investigation.
On November 22, 2015, David J. Pollino II, age 26, of Lima, OH, was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Drug Possession as a result of an incident on US-127 S CR-F. He was held at CCNO.
On November 22, 2015, Betty M. Baldwin was operating a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis traveling south on US-127 south of CR-F.75 when it struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Damage to the vehicle was minor.
