The Wauseon First Church of God held a community Back to School event on Saturday, August 13th from 10-1pm. The event included activities for children of all ages including inflatables, a dunk tank, crafts, basketball, and Gator rides. Each child who attended received a free backpack filled with school supplies for the upcoming school year. Refreshments including grilled hotdogs were served. Approximately 250 people attended the event as well as 35 volunteers from the church. Everyone agreed based on the smiles and laughter of the children that the event was a huge success.
