Fulton County Grand Jury Considers Recent Indictments

On August 15, 2016, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.

Phillip George, age 48, of Maumee, OH, was indicted on four counts of Nonsupport of Dependents. On or about April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2016, he allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $5,590.00.

Tara K. Zuber, age 26, of Sylvania, OH, was indicted on one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle and one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. On or about July 2, 2016, she allegedly had a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle while she allegedly operated that vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Jesus De Jose Palomino, age 23, of Berwyn, IL, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about July 24, 2016, he allegedly possessed a dangerous drug.


Brandi S. Shadbolt, age 25, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about February 23, 2016, and March 17, 2016, she allegedly sold of offered to sell marihuana.

Sarah M. Beachy, age 26, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on three counts of Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about February 24, 2016 and March 17, 2016, she allegedly sold of offered to sell a dangerous drug, once allegedly in the vicinity of a juvenile. She also allegedly permitted her vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Melinda C. Cordoba, age 33, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Endangering Children. On or about May 6, 2016, she allegedly possessed cocaine and allegedly created a substantial risk to the health or safety of her children.


Anthony J. Rodriguez, age 38, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine. On or about May 6, 2016, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

Ari D. Villa Parada, age 21, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine. On or about May 9, 2016 and May 12, 2016, he allegedly sold of offered to sell cocaine.

Oscar L. Gallardo, age 21, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about June 14, 2016, he allegedly sold of offered to sell a dangerous drug.

Devon A. Harris, age 21, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about June 14, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell a dangerous drug and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.


David G. Garcia, Jr, age 34, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and one count of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments. On or about May 4, 2016, he allegedly possessed fentanyl and allegedly possessed an instrument used to unlawfully administer, use, or prepare a dangerous drug.

Daniel J. Cammarn, Jr, age 26, of Liberty Center, OH, was indicted on one count of Vehicular Assault, one count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, and one count of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. On or about April 17, 2016, he allegedly caused serious physical harm to another while operating a motor vehicle.

Kyle J. Klender, age 31, of Montpelier, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about June 8, 2016, he allegedly possessed heroin.

Mitchell D. Bachman, age 18, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Marihuana and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about June 17, 2016, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Jenna J. Bieber, age 31, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on four counts of Endangering Children. On or about January 29, 2016, and March 20, 2016, she allegedly created a substantial risk to the health or safety of her children by allegedly violating a duty of care, protection, of support for those children. She also allegedly repeatedly administered unwarranted disciplinary measures to a child under the age of 18 when there was a substantial risk that such conduct, if continued, would seriously impair or retard the child’s mental health or development.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
