Williams County Board Approves Subsidy Agreement For Prison Alternative

The Board of Williams County Commissioners met Nov. 3 with Jim Dennis, Dennis Sullivan and Tonya Justus from CCNO to review and discuss a subsidy grant agreement. Also present for this meeting was Judge Seltzer; Kim Coller; Lori Bolton-Sell; Katie Zartman, Williams County Prosecutor and Julie Beagle, Williams County Auditor. Mr. Dennis discussed and reviewed the Subsidy Grant Agreement for Probation Improvement and Incentive Funding – Targeted Community Alternatives to Prison – T-CAP Probation and Incentive Grant.

The Commissioners approved the following resolutions at its Nov. 3 meeting

Approving the hiring of Nicole Farns as Unit Worker 2 for the Williams County Department of Job & Family Services.

Authorized the Williams County Auditor to make Supplemental Appropriation(s).


Re-Appointed Diane Peters and Mark Tipton to the Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities for additional terms.

Accepted the resignation of Ann Fitzenrider, income maintenance supervisor from the Williams County Job & Family Services effective Nov. 15.

Approving Change Order #1 in regards to Project 6-2016 – Hogan Lane Improvements.


Entered into a Subsidy Grant Agreement for Probation Improvement and Incentive Funding – Targeted Community Alternatives to Prison – T-CAP Probation and Incentive Grant.
