Four County Students Collect Toys For Christmas For Kids Campaign

Four County Career Center students united in a school-wide effort and raised over $3.000 and collected toys for the annual Christmas for Kids campaign sponsored by Mix 98.1-WDFM and the U.S. Marine Corps. Led by Student Council, all career and technical clubs at the Career Center participated and through their involvement will bring a happier Christmas to children in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, and Williams counties. Standing with some of the donated items are (FRONT – LEFT TO RIGHT) Student Council members Tycen Ogden, Ag/Diesel Mechanics (Bryan); Abby Patrick, Law Enforcement & Security Tactics (Montpelier); Alex Bishop Accounting & Business Management (Montpelier); Jody Buehrer, Interior Design (Liberty Center); Carlos Flores, Electrical (Defiance); and Marcus Ballard, Automotive Technologies (Patrick Henry); with (BACK – LEFT TO RIGHT) Brent Roughton, Marketing Specialist at iHeart Media; Ray Dailey, Retired U.S. Marine; Leroy Helberg, Henry County Christmas Cheer; Rick Small, iHeart Media Director of Operations; Angela Woods, Student Council Advisor; and Vicki Cameron, Student Council Advisor.
