Bryan Library’s Novel Ideas Book Club Makes Selections For 2017

“Novel Ideas” book discussion group, at the Williams County Public Library in Bryan, meets on the second floor in the library at 7:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Why not make plans now to join in during the upcoming year? If you love to read and discuss books, you are invited to come and participate and be a part of the group. Copies of the next book to be discussed are waiting at the library desk for those wishing to be a part of the club. Book selections have been chosen for 2017 and are as follows:

January 24 – Behind the Scenes at the Museum by Kate Atkinson
February 28 – Someday, Someday, Maybe by Lauren Graham
March 28 – Pioneer Girl: The Annotated Autobiography by Laura Ingalls Wilder
April 25 – Lexicon by Max Barry
May 23 – The Rainbow Comes and Goes by Anderson Cooper
June 27 – The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
July 25 – The Son by Phillipp Meyer
August 22 – The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan
September 26 – Redemption Road by John Hart
October 24 – The Liars Club by Mary Karr
November 28 – Look at Me by Jennifer Egan
December 19 – The Golem and the Jinni by Helene Wecker
