Adrian Minister Arraigned On Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges Against Youth

A Lenawee County minister, Michael Ronald Goble, was arraigned in court on Monday on two charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2nd Degree.

The charges specify victims younger than age 13 and offenses that occurred in November 2021.

Goble’s arrest took place on Saturday, and the Adrian Police Department stated that more charges are likely forthcoming.

They believe there are more victims yet to be identified, and potential locations of significance include the Maurice Spears Juvenile Campus, Church of the Good Shepherd, and Goble’s home.

*Judge Kristen Marie Olsen scheduled an initial hearing for Thursday, a probable-cause conference for July 22, and a preliminary examination for July 29. Goble’s bond was set at $150,000.

The Adrian Police Department and Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a joint investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities.
