The female Athlete of the Week is Bryan soccer player Mylie Vollmer. The Bryan junior was named NWOAL Goalkeeper of the Year for the second consecutive season, sharing it with Wauseon’s Madison Strain after winning it outright in 2023. Entering this week’s district semifinal, Vollmer has recorded 150 saves and allowed 22 goals.
