Seniors from across Williams County gathered in West Unity on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, for an evening of food, games, and community during the West Unity Senior Center Night of Fun.
Hosted at the Kissell Building by the Department of Aging, the event welcomed seniors for a tropical-themed night centered around fun and prizes.
Guests were served a shared meal featuring barbecue pork sandwiches, baked potatoes, and pineapple upside-down cake.
Throughout the evening, seniors participated in multiple rounds of bingo, raffles, and prize drawings.
Tables were lined with donated items ranging from homemade zucchini bread to handcrafted blankets made by the seniors themselves.
According to organizers, the Night of Fun is part of an annual series hosted at senior centers throughout the county. The gatherings are designed to give seniors an opportunity to socialize, reconnect with friends from neighboring communities, and enjoy a relaxed evening together while supporting programs through the Department of Aging.
