The Brain Injury Association of Ohio is pleased to announce “An Evening With Bernie Kosar” on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Fawcett Center in Columbus.
Join former Cleveland Browns Quarterback Bernie Kosar for a keynote presentation and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a special limited attendee VIP “Meet and Greet” opportunity from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Kosar will share insightful stories about his legendary career, beginning as an American football quarterback who played collegiately at the University of Miami (where he led the team to a national championship in 1983), as well as his professional career in the National Football League where he played for the Cleveland Browns (1985 to 1993), the Dallas Cowboys (1993), and Miami Dolphins (1994 to 1996). He was the backup quarterback on the 1993 Cowboys team that won Super Bowl XXVIII.
Since his NFL player retirement in 1996, Kosar has been involved in several sports and business-related ventures.
On or off the field, he continues to use his time and talents to make a positive impact on the community. “An Evening With Bernie Kosar” is an opportunity to learn about his journey and celebrate an Ohio native.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Brain Injury Association of Ohio, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better future through brain injury prevention, research, education, and advocacy.
The event will be emceed by NBC 4 anchor Matt Herchik, and dinner music will be provided by Hat Trick. Please join us for this memorable night.
