PLAYGROUND DONATION … Thank you to the Bryan Area Business Women’s Club (BABWC) for donating $1,000 to the Lincoln Park Inclusive Playground located on the former site of the Lincoln Elementary School. Even though the playground is now open for all to enjoy, additional funds are still being collected for future upgrades, including fencing and benches. And we are grateful for the BABWC’s contribution to help make the area even better! Pictured during the check presentation are left to right in the front row Bryan Area Foundation President/CEO Amy Miller and BABWC Treasurer Deb Schroeder; second row Bryan Parks and Recreation Board Member Paula Kline, BABWC Secretary Mary Stoller, BABWC member Marilyn Scott, and BABWC Corresponding Secretary Deedee Plettner; and third-row BABWC upcoming treasurer Angelia Cotterman, and Bryan Parks and Recreation Director Ben Dominique.
