PAULDING — Paulding accounted for all its runs over the first three innings, and the Panthers blanked Delta, 12-0, in a Division V sectional final in five innings.

Tia Mendez led an 18-hit attack for Paulding (14-5) with three hits including a home run and two doubles while driving in three runs and scoring twice.

Luci Martinez also had three hits including a double, drove in a run, and scored three times. Cadence Schwab and Delaney Johanns each had three hits in the win.

Gracyn Pelton had two hits, including a double for Delta (5-14).
