BRYAN – Edgerton outhit North Central 16-5, and Corinne Cape earned the win in the circle while going 3-4 at the plate with four RBIs to lead the Bulldogs into the district finals after beating the Eagles 18-2.
Peyton Baker collected three hits and three RBIs while Cara Schroeder had two singles and knocked in three runs.
Top seeded Edgerton will square off with No. 2 seed Hilltop on Saturday in the Division VII district finals.
