dawn-sheltonDawn M. Shelton, age 37, of Delta, Ohio, passed away in her sleep of natural causes, Wednesday morning, September 7, 2016. The beloved daughter of Bobby and Lou Ann (Brooks) Shelton, she was born August 9, 1979 in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. Dawn was a 1997 graduate of Delta High School, where she excelled as a student and cheerleader, and was a member of student government and Del-Aires show choir.

Dawn attended the University of Toledo and was employed as a bank teller for Farmers and Merchants State Bank in Wauseon. Dawn enjoyed camping and was very active with her clean and sober Motorcycle family – Wings of Change.

Dawn overcame many obstacles during her brief time on this earth and will be greatly missed by her loving parents, Bobby and Lou Ann Shelton; sister, Penny (Matthew) Buehrer; nephew, Chance Buehrer; grandmother, Gladys Manes; her significant other, Mike Johnston; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Wings of Change.
