Delta Man Sentenced To 24 Months In Prison For Burglary

A Delta man was sentenced on April 14, 2021, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

David Tressler, III, 38, of 7950 Co. Rd. 8, previously pleaded guilty to Burglary. He did knowingly, by force, stealth, or deception, trespass in an occupied structure with the purpose to commit a criminal offense.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Tressler to 24 months in prison and ordered him to pay prosecution costs.
