GREAT NEW ADDITION … Edgerton Schools Superintendent Kermit Riehle is thrilled that the Board of Education now has their own room. Ever since 2004 they have been meeting in the elementary library which meant they had to set up each time they had a meeting and then return the room to its regular order. Now they have their own space, a freshly painted and renovated room in the new Annex Building. The room hosts its own smart board, plenty of chairs and space for visitors and a long-assembled table with comfortable office chairs for the Board members. Also put in the old middle school, during the renovation, is the new HOPE Center for Autism, and several offices that could move over from the High School. “We ran out of space and this is a wonderful new addition to our schools,” Riehle said.
