A lot near Edgerton school, at what will be 103 West Stadium Drive, has been approved by the Edgerton Village Planning Commission to be split into two parts.

The lot is coded for commercial use and is currently farmed. The lot would be split so that one parcel running through can serve as a road to what will hopefully be an expansion of Stadium Drive in the future.

While the remaining parcel is still being used agriculturally, the village did share that they have some “potential commercial interest” in the location, and that, hopefully, the residents of Edgerton will soon see a plan of improvement come to fruition off Stadium Drive.
